After a continental breakfast, we will travel to the ancient Etruscan town of Orvieto and visit the magnificent Duomo which is considered to have the most beautiful façade of any church in Italy. The all mosaic façade is an intricate combination of brilliant blue, red and gold tiles that sparkle in the Umbrian sun. We will celebrate Mass in Orvieto with the Prince of Peace choir singing. * Following Mass, there will be free time for lunch and shopping along the quaint cobblestone streets. You may want to purchase the beautiful Umbrian pottery for which Orvieto is also known. Next, you will travel to Pisa for a visit to the 12 century Leaning Tower, which leans 14 feet off center, the 900 year old cathedral and the 12th century Baptistery. And then it's off to Florence for a evening arrival and check into the hotel conveniently located in walking distance to the treasures of Florence. Overnight Florence
