On the way to Assisi we stop in the beautiful Tuscan countryside to sample the red and the white, vino that is. "Which one do I want to take home?"

Seeing the lush Tuscan countryside with green sweeping hills and vineyards was well worth the drive off the main roads. |

Dinner is served in the dining room reserved for our group at the hotel. Starting with a delicious home made minestrone first course the entire meal was a delight. |
